We are a UAE-based online marketplace that allows customers to purchase water coolers, water bottles, and other food and beverage goods and services for delivery to labor accommodation facilities in the UAE. We work with trusted local suppliers who handle delivery, installation, and maintenance (where applicable).
No. We operate as a social enterprise and are a commercial company registered onshore in Dubai, UAE. We are not a charity. Customers purchase products and services directly, and ownership is transferred to the designated labor accommodation facility upon delivery.
Ordering & Payments
Simply browse our website, select a product, choose the labor accommodation delivery location, and complete checkout using our secure payment gateway.
We accept major credit/debit cards, as well as other payment methods available on our secure payment gateway.

Our partner water suppliers handle delivery, installation, and setup.
Yes. For water coolers, we provide photographic or video confirmation of delivery and installation. You may also visit the labor accommodation to see the installed unit (subject to labor camp approval).
Ownership & Warranty
Ownership of the water cooler transfers to the designated labor accommodation facility upon delivery and installation.
Yes. Warranty coverage is provided directly by the supplier. The terms of the warranty vary depending on the product.
Yes. Maintenance contracts can be purchased with your cooler and are fulfilled by the supplier.
Returns & Refunds
Each product has its own return and exchange policy depending on the vendor and the product. Please refer to the product details.
If the supplier is unable to fulfill your order, we will pick a different supplier to fulfill the order. If we cannot find another supplier you will receive a full refund.
Data & Privacy
