“Cancellations, returns, or exchanges are subject to the individual Provider’s policies as stated in their accompanying terms and conditions. The Company does not set or control these policies or terms and conditions. Customers are advised to review the Provider’s terms and conditions before placing an Order. As part of the Services, the Customer acknowledges that the Company may liaise with various third-party Provider’s (selected subject to availability) for Order fulfilment, and that each Provider may have their own policies and terms and conditions”.

1. Return Policy

Al Rayan Water Treatment Equipment Trading L.L.C. is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase.

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Customers must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase for any return request.
Items that have been installed, used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
Custom-made or specially ordered products are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at inf@alrayanpure.com to obtain a return authorization.

Al Rayan reserves the right to inspect returned goods before approval of any return or replacement.

2. Refund Policy

We value our customers and aim to process refunds promptly and transparently.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Once approved, Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Delivery or service charges (if any) are non-refundable.
In cases of damaged or defective items upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours, and a replacement or refund will be arranged at no additional cost.

Al Rayan Water Treatment Equipment Trading L.L.C. reserves the right to decline a refund if the product is not returned in accordance with the Return Policy conditions.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations may arise requiring order cancellation.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched or processed for delivery.
Once an order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return process will apply.
For custom or special orders, cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
To cancel an order, please contact our sales department at info@alrayanpure.com quoting your order number.

Al Rayan Water Treatment Equipment Trading L.L.C. reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances, with full refund to the customer where applicable.
